What You Need to Prepare
For submitting the event, performance, artwork, or application to be part of a festival, you should prepare the following:
Application Materials
Name, contact info, and bio of the submitter (artist, performer, filmmaker, etc.), a summary of the work being submitted, including its concept, and theme
Media & Supporting Files
Photos/Videos – High-quality images or videos of past work or the current submission
Audio Files (if applicable) – For musicians, sound designers, or performing artists
Trailer (for film submissions) – A short preview showcasing the film's key aspects
